Our Sports
Kratos is for everyone that is interested in strength sports and fitness. Lifters of all skill-levels are welcome to join, from beginners to those who compete on the platform. We offer the following sports:
powerlifting
Are you a powerlifter? Or would you like to improve your squat, benchpress and deadlift? For powerlifting, we offer the following:
- Weekly open gym hours. Train together with the other members on specific times during the week under the guidance of a professional trainer at the USC. This is where you can get a form-check, those well-needed tips and see the other members again 🙂
- Competition prep. If you want to compete, you can prepare yourself by training together with the other lifters and the trainers are always there to answer all of your questions about competing, your training(split) or nutrition and everything else.
- Competitions. You can compete as a member of Kratos at national competitions but during the year we will also organize several competitions at the USC ourselves which you can join!
Weightlifting
Also for the snatch and the clean and jerk you can join us! For Olympic Weightlifting we offer the following (same as for powerlifting):
- Weekly open gym hours. Train together with the other members on specific times during the week under the guidance of a professional trainer at the USC. This is where you can get a form-check, those well-needed tips and see the other members again 🙂
- Competition prep. If you want to compete, you can prepare yourself by training together with the other lifters and the trainers are always there to answer all of your questions about competing, your training(split) or nutrition and everything else.
- Competitions. You can compete as a member of Kratos at national competitions (as a team) but during the year we will also organize several competitions at the USC ourselves which you can join!
Bodybuilding, Calisthenics and Strongman
For these sports we don't offer weekly gym-hours (yet). But throughout the year we organize clinics and seminars related to these sports! For example a bodybuilding posingclass or a clinic calisthenics. If you are interested in coaching in one of these sports, feel free to contact us so we can see what we can do for you!
